Stefano lives as he photographs and vice versa; this means travel, food, people, things and clothes. Since 1984, Stefano has worked with some of Italy’s greatest chefs to capture their stories, their passion and their food. He creates beautiful, mouth-watering shots of both recipes and ingredients, and he has been known to pass on his tips at food photography workshops around Italy.

Nicole has been a photographer all her working life after studying economics at university, then realising photography was her true passion. With an eye for still life and a love of good food, combining the two seemed the perfect career. Already working with many household names in the commercial world of Milan, through work with Great Italian Chefs, Nicole is now also adding great chefs and restaurants to her portfolio.

Originally from Australia, Susan is now based in Rome where she has worked and lived for over ten years. Mostly working on assignments for press and commercial clients throughout Italy and Europe, her photographic work has also inspired her passion for great food and the stories that unfold in Italy’s kitchens.
