  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • fine sea salt

Oils & Vinegars

  • sunflower oil, for frying
  • 160ml of white wine vinegar

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1kg white onion, finely sliced

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • freshly ground black pepper
