3 garlic bulbs, separated and peeled (about 30 cloves)
6 lemons, 1 sliced, 5 halved
3 fennel bulbs, quartered
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tsp pink peppercorns
1 tsp fennel seeds
freshly ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
extra virgin olive oil, 2–3 tbsp
Salad & Fresh Herbs
salad leaves, to serve
1 handful of chopped chives, to serve
